Abstract
Eric Kirby will share his experience with Liferay Portal, a mature open source product with commercial support and subscription services available. Liferay Portal has been used for a variety of purposes, from internal enterprise collaboration to large-scale social networking.

Eric has been with Liferay since 2014 working as an engineer in sales. Currently based out of Hamilton, Ohio he specializes in architecture assistance consultation, high-availability & clustering, integration points, business process analysis, identity management, cloud infrastructure, and deployment & upgrade strategies.
